Can you cater an event at the Expo Center?
The New Jersey Convention and Exposition Center is on Sunfield Avenue in Edison, so it is in our area. The venue lists its own in-house vendors, so check what your contract allows before you book outside catering. If it is open, send us the hall and the show hours.
How big an event can you handle?
A thousand guests and more. We cater company parties, athletic and university events and large conferences at that scale regularly. For a smaller meeting, tell us the headcount and we will confirm.
